Radical Aliveness
Bring yourself into the world at your full potential.
Do you have the courage to say yes to all your life energy?
Come into life with all your might?
With all the love, anger, sexuality, shame, joy, and enthusiasm?
Where is all that strength you once had when you were a child, when you didn't question what you knew?
A laboratory space for authentic emotional expression, allowing us to explore our social patterns, a space that encourages not keeping anything in the back of our minds, and enhances emotional expression, intimacy, honesty, and the authenticity of being free as we are, in a safe environment of people.
In Western society, we have become accustomed to communicating primarily in a rational and emotionally limited language - we often avoid expressing our emotions at their peak and carry a bag on our back of patterns from childhood that prevent us from being authentic - fear of what they will say, fear of rejection, abandonment, appeasement, emotional detachment, the desire to impress, social masks, excessive niceness that comes to hide another emotion, and more...
The process will allow us to explore our social patterns in an intimate group, share them, bring them to awareness, and confront them. With the aim of feeling free to express ourselves in the group, even if it seems strange, emotional, or too much.
The sessions are divided into 2 main parts - exercises, and a free exploration space. The exercises are guided exercises that allow us to give space to our feelings and express them freely, through words, body movement, voice, breath, and presence with each other.
Then the free space opens, with an invitation to express what is living within us in any way, and to see how the other participants respond to it. The free space is a deep emotional journey that we go through together as a group.
The free space is held by the facilitator, who is there to support and focus the group's energy on a specific person when needed.
The Radical Aliveness approach was developed by Anne Brandy and is taught in various countries around the world,
A documentary series was produced about her in which you can see the deep emotional process the group goes through together. You can watch it here.

"Radical Aliveness"
It's the most radical way I've ever encountered.
To "How to be together"
It's basically a laboratory where they create an emotional space where everything, everything, everything is welcome (oh my, haha).
You can make mistakes, experiment, be curious, try new roles in relationships,
To check what I allow myself in front of others and in front of a group?
What is holding me back from being the leader I am in the world?
The group constantly gives us feedback and together we learn ourselves.
