Nice to meet you.

On my journey, I learned that receiving knowledge and tools is a very important element without which development cannot be created. But that the most powerful force we have is love. The heart does not need knowledge or tools, it simply wants to feel. To stay with what is without rejecting and controlling anything.
In my daily practice as well as in my work, I am repeatedly introduced to
To the choice to agree to meet what is in this moment in acceptance. The vibration that has the power to change our lives begins with a radical acceptance of what is now.

I was born with the knowledge that everything is possible, even things that seem very illogical, that the world is a playground and that there is absolutely everything in it. When I met my family and society, this belief was shaken very quickly, and like many good people, I had to choose between belonging to the people around me and the presence of my soul and the truth it brings with it. This split, which most of us experience from childhood, led me to lead my spiritual life alone and in secret from those around me. I learned to internalize the values of the culture in which I grew up, which are based on separation, competition, and concealment. Although there were always other examples in my family, this split created great pain and confusion in my life.
At the age of 18, I began studying Buddhism in northern India and from there I went to get a bachelor's degree at a Buddhist university in Colorado, where I studied Buddhist psychotherapy and mindfulness.
After graduation, I returned to Israel and earned a degree in social work and worked in the field of mental health as a social worker. This work did not fit the knowledge that I wanted to research and heal with, so I turned to studying Chinese medicine and shiatsu and mind-body psychotherapy.
The studies opened my eyes to the energy flow in the body and how the world of emotion and thought affects the body and what can be done to bring it back into balance.
In my late 20s, I encountered studies that brought what I had been waiting for my whole life - an encounter with Creation. They are called "Connection to Superconsciousness" and are a collection of frequencies, knowledge and tools that were linked by Lila Berezsky. Through these studies, countless understandings and laws found in Creation were revealed to me, I received a direct experience of myself as light, as a soul. I received the ability to heal through the creative light.

Nice to meet you, my name is Amit Goldstein. I live in Tel Aviv, mother to Noor and partner to Noam.

Many of us carry within us a quiet, deep knowledge that there is something essential that we are called to bring into our lives, and without which we are determined to be lacking. Not a role, not an achievement, not an external goal, but a unique quality that only we can give to the world, in a way that is irreplaceable.
And the simple truth is: what we are required to bring is our very being.
By our very existence, we are an expression of a complete and precise creation. There is no destination to reach in order to be fulfilled, because we are already fulfillment itself.
In every experience – of success or failure, closeness or loneliness, full dedication to life or retreat inward – we experience fulfillment.
The pain and difficulty do not stem from not having achieved something yet, but from the moments when we do not allow ourselves to be fully present in life, as we are.
When we are allowed to bring ourselves unconditionally, without promises of security or success, a deep sense of meaning and inner worth arises. Conversely, when we distance ourselves or hide parts of ourselves in order to fit in, a sense of suffocation, frustration, and pain arises.
Another stage in our evolution is the recognition that we live within a physical body, a body that has emotions, instincts, sexual energy, and a thinking mind. This body carries within it an ancient wisdom of polarity and a search for connection and fulfillment, in diverse ways.
At the same time, there is also a soul within us, an eternally connected spiritual essence of being, whole by its very nature and always connected to the source. No external experience can truly complete it; it must discover the sense of union from within.
When we learn to hold these two truths together, the body and the soul, the earthly and the spiritual, without one canceling out the other, a new possibility opens up before us. A possibility for deep freedom, for liberation and the true maturation of who we are: spiritual, sexual, living, and whole beings.
Paradoxically, as we allow our multidimensionality to be present, we shed layers that are not ours, bringing into the world a purer expression of the wild, innocent, and animal core of our nature.
